Our office is located at 1-16-67/6/1 in Venkataraopet, which is part of the Venkatapuram area here in Hyderabad. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a good spot to be in. We’ve been set up here for quite some time now. The building is just a regular structure on a regular street. Inside, it’s all about the travel business for Kuoni. We have several desks arranged in a way that makes the most of the space. There are papers everywhere, mostly itineraries and booking forms. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some maps and maybe a clock that’s a few minutes fast. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear formal suits or anything like that unless there’s a specific reason. Most days, it’s just us doing our work and talking to people who want to go somewhere. The neighborhood of Venkatapuram is quite lively. There’s always someone moving around outside. We get our tea from a small stall nearby, and it’s become a bit of a ritual for us. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it’s where we spend our days and get things done. We don't use big words or try to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just a local team in a local office, handling travel details one day at a time. It’s a steady, simple way of working.
