Our office is over in the Moula Ali area of Hyderabad, specifically at 45-519 Prashant Nagar Railway Quarters. It’s a bit of an older part of the city, which we actually like. We’ve been here at Kuoni Nusiness Travel India Pvt Ltd for quite a while now. Most of what we do involves helping people figure out their travel plans and getting things organized. It is a lot of time spent on the phone or looking at screens. We are tucked away in the railway quarters, so it’s not exactly a high-rise office building. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We have a small group of people who have been doing this for years. We know the ins and outs of travel bookings and all the headaches that can come with them. We don't promise anything impossible. We just try to get the details right so people don't have issues later on. Sometimes the trains going by make a bit of noise, but we are used to it by now. It’s just part of the atmosphere here in Prashant Nagar. We don't really do much in the way of marketing. Most of our work comes from people who have used us before. We just try to be practical and helpful. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is steady. We like being in this part of Hyderabad where things feel a bit more real and grounded.
