We’re based out of a house in Kaveri Nagar, specifically H.No.2-20-97/111. It is right off Chilukanagar Road in the Uppal area of Hyderabad. Most people around here know the road well. It’s a practical location for us. We have been operating from this building for years, and it has become part of our daily routine. The 039 area is a mix of houses and small businesses, so we fit right in. Our space isn't a massive industrial warehouse; it's more of an administrative hub where we handle the paperwork and the phone calls. There’s usually a pot of tea going in the back. The desks are a bit old, and the chairs have seen better days, but they work. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just keep the lights on and the work moving. Uppal can be a loud place with all the construction and traffic, but inside the gate, things are usually focused. We have a few people who have been with us since the start. Everyone knows their role. We don't have a big human resources department or anything like that. If there is a problem, we just talk it out over lunch. It is a very direct way of doing things. We are just a group of people working hard in a quiet corner of Kaveri Nagar. There is no corporate ladder here, just folks getting the day's work finished.
