Klm A Royal Dutch Airlines

Our office is located at 37-74/1 in the J.J. Nagar Colony, which is right by the Sainikpuri post office in Secunderabad. It’s a nice area, usually pretty quiet compared to the center of the city. Even though the company is a big international airline from the Netherlands, our little branch here is much more low-key. We mostly handle local things like tickets or helping people who have questions about their flights. We aren't a huge operation. It’s just a few desks and some phones. We spend a lot of our time talking to travel agents or customers who live in this part of Secunderabad. The office is easy to find if you know where the colony is. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one. Sometimes people walk past and don't even realize we're an airline office. We like it that way because it keeps things manageable. We aren't doing any big sales pitches here. We just provide the info people need. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. We go to the nearby stalls for lunch and then come back to finish the afternoon shift. There's a big tree outside that gives us some shade when the sun is out. It’s just a normal workplace like any other on this street.
