Kfc Restaurant

This restaurant is located out in Nua Tamara in Cuttack, Orissa. It’s a bit of a drive for some, but we’re right there for the people in the local area. We spend our days mostly in the kitchen or behind the counter. It's a fast-paced environment, especially when the weekend hits and families come out to eat. The floor needs mopping constantly because of the foot traffic, and there’s always a lot of noise from the fryers and the customers talking. We follow the standard routines for the food, making sure everything is cooked the way it's supposed to be. It’s not a quiet place to sit and read, but it’s good for a quick meal. The staff here are mostly local folks from around Cuttack. We have our busy shifts where it feels like we can't move fast enough, and then we have the quiet times in the afternoon when we can finally catch our breath. We don't do anything fancy with the decor; it's just the usual tables and chairs you'd expect. The bins need emptying quite often, and we’re always restocking the napkins and straws. It's a basic job, but it keeps us busy. We just try to get the orders out right and keep the place as clean as we can. It’s a typical part of the neighborhood where people come when they don't want to cook at home.
