You can find us in Hyderabad at 10-5-7/3/A. We are situated right next to the Police Officers Mess, which is a good landmark if you are trying to give directions to a taxi. The office isn't huge, but it's where we do all our work for the airline. We spend most of the day sitting at our desks answering the phones and typing things into the computer. It gets quite loud sometimes because the street outside is always busy with traffic and people walking by. We have a few maps on the walls and some schedules printed out so we can look things up quickly when someone asks about a flight. The chairs we use are okay, though they squeak a bit when you move around. We drink a lot of coffee here to stay awake, especially on the days when there are a lot of phone calls coming in one after another. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait a few minutes for the screens to load, which can be a bit frustrating when we are in a hurry. We keep a stack of paper by the printer because we are always having to print out confirmations and ticket details for people who come in person. It’s a lot of routine work, but we are used to the rhythm of it by now. We usually close up the shutters in the evening and head home like everyone else in the neighborhood when the shift ends.
