Keane India, Hydrabad

At Keane India, our main spot is right here in Hyderabad. It’s a big city and we’ve been tucked away in our office for quite some time now. We don't really go for anything flashy or high-end. Most of the desks are covered in notebooks and mugs brought from home. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps when we’re looking at screens all day long. Hyderabad is a busy place, and the area around our office reflects that perfectly. There’s always someone walking by or a car honking outside the window. We mostly just keep our heads down and do what needs to get done. There’s a kitchen area where the kettle is always running because we drink a lot of chai and coffee to stay awake through the afternoon slump. It’s not a very formal place. You’ll see people wearing casual clothes and just chatting about their weekend while they work. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just know what our jobs are and we try to finish them before it’s time to head home. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare depending on which way you're coming from, but that’s just life in this city. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the place over the years. It’s just a regular office where people work and then go home to their families at the end of the day.
