Our location is quite a bit different from the city offices. We are based in Dhulipudi village, which is in the Nagaram Mandal area of Repalle, Guntur District. It is a very rural area with lots of fields and trees all around. The air is much fresher here than in the big cities. The building is spread out because we have a lot of space in the village. It’s a quiet place, mostly you just hear the birds or a tractor in the distance. We have a small staff from the local villages who help out with everything. Keeping a place like this running takes a lot of manual work, like sweeping the paths and taking care of the plants. We don't have fancy paved roads all the way to the door, so it can get a bit muddy when it rains. The rooms are simple but they stay cool because of the way they were built. We spend our days making sure everything is in its place. Sometimes the cows from the neighboring farm wander a bit too close to the entrance. It’s a very relaxed way of working. We don't have many meetings or big plans, we just take care of the daily chores and help whoever comes to visit us in this quiet corner of Guntur. It feels like a very different world out here compared to the city.
