We are Kakatiya Travels Pvt Ltd. Our office is located at 11-3-185, right by Gate No 786 in Mallepally, Hyderabad-500 001. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. Mallepally is a very busy area, and being near Gate No 786 means there are always people walking past our door. We mostly spend our time helping people get their travel plans sorted. Whether it’s a bus to another town or a flight somewhere further away, we just sit down with the customer and look at the schedules. It’s not a very fancy office. We have some old chairs and a lot of paper schedules lying around. People from the neighborhood often just drop in to ask a quick question about ticket prices. We don't use any big marketing tricks. We just tell people what the cost is and when the transport leaves. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit stressful, but we just take it one person at a time. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know the streets around here well and we’ve seen the area change over the years. We just keep doing our work at 11-3-185, making sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble.
