We are Jll and you can find our office at H 1-11-59/1/A/5 Begumpet, Hyderabad 500016. Begumpet is a pretty busy part of town, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic. Our work mostly involves looking after buildings and helping people figure out where to put their offices. It sounds simple but there is a lot of walking around and checking out different properties. The office here in Ap India is where we keep all the records and where we sit down to drink coffee and talk about the local market. It is not a very quiet place because someone is always on a call or heading out to show a site. We have a lot of maps on the walls and folders full of property details. The building we are in is easy to spot once you get onto the right street in Begumpet. We have been here long enough that we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations, just some plants that someone remembers to water once a week and a lot of filing cabinets. It is just a place where we work together to keep track of who is moving where and what spaces are opening up around the city.
