Jet Airways

Our office is found at 276/C in Sr. Nagar, Hyderabad. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot going on all the time. Being part of the Jet Airways team at this location means we see a lot of frustrated and happy people. Travel can be stressful, so we spend a lot of time talking to folks about their flight plans or baggage issues. The office isn't very big, but we have enough space for a few counters and some seating. The fans are usually spinning to keep the Hyderabad heat at bay. We handle a lot of the paperwork that people don't see when they’re actually at the airport. It’s a lot of data entry and checking systems. Sometimes the computers are slow, which makes things a bit tense when there’s a line of people waiting. We just try to get through it one person at a time. The staff here has been together for a while, so we know how to help each other out when things get hectic. Sr. Nagar is a good place to be based because it’s easy for people to find us. We don't have a big fancy glass front or anything, just a regular office door. It’s a grounded way to work in the aviation industry. We focus on the details and try to answer questions as clearly as we can without using too much technical talk. That is how we spend our days here.
