This office is located at 14-5-224/1A in Chudi Bazar, Hyderabad. Now, Chudi Bazar is a very old and very crowded market area, so having an airline office here is a bit unique. It’s not like the quiet offices you see at the airport. Out here, you have the sounds of the market, people shouting, and motorcycles zipping past the door all day long. We mostly handle things like ticket bookings and answering questions for people who walk in from the street. It’s a small space and it gets quite cramped when more than three or four people are inside. We have our computers and the printers are usually humming away. The walls are covered with old posters and some notices. Because we are in 500012, we get a lot of local business owners and residents coming in. We don't have the big fancy uniforms you see on the planes; we are just the local staff trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and we can barely hear the person on the other end because of the noise outside. It’s a bit chaotic but it’s our daily routine. We’ve been in Chudi Bazar for a long time, so we are part of the neighborhood. We just do our best to help people get their travel sorted without too much trouble, even if the office is a bit small and noisy compared to the big city terminals.
