Our office is located over in Secunderabad, specifically in the Bholakpur area. We are in the P.B.R Estates building, which is called Saraswathi Nilyam. If you are looking for us, we are in Flat Number 403 on the fourth floor. The building is at House Number 6-4-520. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes during the summer heat. We handle a lot of the local coordination for the airline from this branch. It is not like the big airport counters you see when you are traveling. This is more of the administrative side where we deal with the paperwork and the back-end stuff that keeps things moving. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our computers and files everywhere. The neighborhood is a mix of residential and small businesses. You can usually find us here during regular hours, though sometimes we stay late if there is a lot of data to enter. We have been part of the Secunderabad scene for a good while. It gets quite busy on the main road outside, but inside the flat, it is relatively quiet. We just focus on our tasks and make sure the details are right. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day. Nothing too fancy, just desks and chairs and people working. There is usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the back.
