We operate out of Block 13 in Hill Ridge Springs, which is right in the middle of Gachibowli. It’s funny because this used to be such a quiet part of Hyderabad, but now it’s all big buildings and traffic. Our office is in Flat 404. It doesn't look like a typical travel office from the outside since it's inside an apartment complex. You have to go up the lift and find the door. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, phones, and stacks of papers related to Gulf Air. Since we are a GSA, we handle a lot of the back-end stuff that people don't really see. The phones ring quite a bit with people asking about flights or booking changes. It can get a little cramped when all of us are in at the same time, but we make it work. We’ve got a view of the other blocks from the window. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good exercise I guess. We aren't a big flashy storefront on the main road. Most people who come here already know what they need or they've been told to find us for specific help. It’s a lot of staring at screens and checking schedules. We just try to keep things moving so travelers don't get stuck. It’s a steady job in a part of the city that never seems to stop growing, even at night.
