Itc

We are based at the Itc Hotel Kakatiya Sheraton & Towers in Begumpet, Hyderabad-16. This is a very big place and there is always something happening. Working here means you are always on your feet. The hotel is located right on the main road in Begumpet, so the traffic outside is almost never-ending. Inside, it is a bit different, but it’s still very busy with guests coming in from the airport or going to meetings. We have a lot of different departments here. Some of us work in the lobby, others are in the kitchen or handling the rooms upstairs. It is a lot of coordination to make sure everyone gets what they need. We don't really use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do; we just show up and handle the shift. The building itself is quite famous in this part of Hyderabad. People use it as a landmark when giving directions. We spend our days dealing with suitcases, food orders, and checking people in and out of the towers. It can be exhausting because the hotel never really closes. There is always someone on duty, even in the middle of the night. We have our own cafeteria for the staff where we take our breaks and talk about the day. It’s just a big, busy hotel and we are the people who keep it moving behind the scenes every single day without much fuss.
