Itc Hotel The Kakatiya, The Luxury Collection, Hyderabad

It might seem a bit unusual, but our base for this part of the ITC Hotel The Kakatiya operation is tucked away in 502 Pakshi Raj Apartments. We are right in the middle of A S Rao Nagar, specifically in the Officer’S Colony here in Hyderabad. Most people think of the big hotel building when they hear the name, but this apartment is where a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff happens for us. It’s a quiet residential area, which is a nice change from the loud city streets. I spend most of my day here handling the logs and making sure the luxury collection standards are met, even if I am sitting in a standard apartment room. The neighbors are friendly and they’ve gotten used to seeing us coming and going with our folders and laptops. It is a practical setup for the work we do. We have a couple of desks, a printer that jams occasionally, and plenty of tea to keep us going. Living and working in A S Rao Nagar has its own rhythm. You get to know the local shops and the best place to grab a quick lunch. It’s not a corporate office with a lobby and a receptionist. It is just a dedicated space where we focus on the details that make the hotel run well. We keep things simple and stay focused on the tasks at hand every single day. No need for anything fancy when you have work to do.
