We’re over in Nagpur, specifically at F-34 in Tatya Tope Nagar. If you know the area, it’s a pretty established part of town. We operate out of this spot and it's mostly about the daily grind of keeping things organized. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the air conditioning is actually doing its job. Our team is pretty small at this specific location, and we all know each other’s habits. It’s not like those giant offices you see on TV; it’s more grounded and basic. We deal with a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. Sometimes we have to run out to grab supplies or meet someone nearby. The address 440015 is home to us for at least eight or nine hours a day. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have a list of things to get through before the sun sets. It’s a mix of paperwork and just making sure the property is looked after. We’ve been at this address for a while, so the neighbors know us. It’s just a bunch of folks doing their jobs and making sure everything stays on track. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough that the weeks seem to fly by pretty fast. We don't overthink it, we just come in and do what needs to be done to keep things moving forward as a team.
