Ista Hotel, Hyderabad

We operate out of C-406 in the Devgiri Housing Society, which is part of the Mhada Colony in Chandivali. It’s over in Andheri East, Mumbai. It might seem a bit confusing because the name says Hyderabad, but this is where our Mumbai side of things happens. We’ve been in this housing society for a while now. It’s a regular residential area, so it doesn't feel like a big business hub. We mostly handle the back-end stuff here, like bookings and coordinating things. The office is basically an apartment converted into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make tea and a small balcony where we take breaks. We spend most of the day on the phone or on our computers. Being in Andheri East means the traffic outside is always loud, but inside the colony, it’s not too bad. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets shoved in the corners. It’s not a fancy hotel lobby; it’s just where the staff works. Sometimes it gets a little messy with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We’re just a small group of people trying to keep things organized. Usually, we're here from morning until the evening. The neighbors know us as the quiet office on the fourth floor. It’s a simple, honest way to run the business side of things without all the fluff you see elsewhere. It suits us just fine for now.
