Ipmsl

Ipmsl is based out of J-415, Nrr Puram, in the Mothi Nagar Ph-1 area of Borabanda. Hyderabad is a big place, but this corner of it feels like its own little world. Our office is in a spot that’s easy to miss if you aren’t looking for it. We’ve got a small team here working on property management stuff. It’s mostly about checking on sites and making sure things are being handled right. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a reception desk with a bowl of mints. It’s just a place with some computers and a couple of filing cabinets that are getting pretty full. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different locations across the city. Mothi Nagar is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something going on outside. We don’t really use marketing speak because we don’t need to. People know where we are and what we do. Some days are slow and we just sit around catching up on paperwork, and other days we’re running around until dark. The walls are a bit plain and we haven't really bothered with decorations. We’re more focused on the work than how the office looks. It’s just a practical, local business where we try to keep things moving along without any unnecessary drama or complicated processes.
