Our office is located in the KPHB Colony, specifically in the 3rd Phase at Lig 157/10. This is in the Kukatpalli area of Hyderabad. We handle property management, which basically means we spend our whole day dealing with buildings and the problems that come with them. Kiran Kumar is usually the one running the show here. We have a small office that is mostly full of maps, keys, and a lot of folders. Every day someone calls because a pipe burst or a tenant has a question about their lease. It’s a lot of coordination with different workers like electricians and painters. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around to different sites. The traffic in Hyderabad can be really bad, so it takes a while to get anything done. We don't have a big marketing department or any fancy brochures. We just do the work that needs to be done to keep the properties in good shape. Sometimes it’s stressful when multiple things go wrong at once, but that’s just the nature of the job. We know most of the people in the colony and try to be helpful when we can. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of business. We’ve been at this for years and we just keep moving forward, one repair at a time. It’s not always pretty, but it’s what we do for a living.
