Integrated Facility Services

Our office is located at B-43 on First Main Road in Sainikpuri, Secunderabad. The business is run by Colonel G Vijay Kumar, who is retired from the military. You can tell he is in charge because things are kept pretty orderly around here, even if the building is a bit older. We handle integrated facility services, which basically means we take care of all the odd jobs and maintenance that big buildings need. We have a small staff of people who manage the schedules for cleaners, electricians, and plumbers. The office itself is quite comfortable and feels more like a home than a workplace. We have a lot of plants near the entrance and a big wooden desk where the Colonel sits. Sainikpuri is a nice, leafy area and we get a lot of local residents stopping by to say hello or ask for advice on building repairs. We do not use any fancy marketing talk; we just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. It is a lot of logistics and making sure people show up on time. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing, especially during the monsoon season when roofs start leaking. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our clients happy with the work we provide. It is a solid, local operation that has been around for a long time.
