Indian Railways

This location is a bit different because it is at the Meghana Working Womens Hostel in Ameerpet, specifically for Pallavi Mallik who works with the Indian Railways. Ameerpet is one of the busiest parts of Hyderabad, and if you have ever been near the metro station or the malls there, you know how crazy it is. There are always students and working professionals everywhere. Working for the railways involves a lot of coordination and being in a central spot like this helps with the daily commute. The hostel is just a regular building, nothing fancy, where people are coming and going at all hours. We deal with a lot of administrative tasks and keeping track of schedules. It is a lot of desk work and phone calls. Sometimes the noise from the main road is so loud you can barely hear yourself think, but that is just life in Ameerpet. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical space where the work happens. The food around here is great because of all the local messes and tiffin centers, so lunch is always something to look forward to. We are just doing our part to keep the rail system running smoothly from this end. It is a lot of responsibility but we just take it one day at a time without much fuss. We have been operating from this Pallavi Mallik care-of address for some time now.
