Indian Air Force

I am writing this from Smq-63/3, Akash - 2, which is part of the No-1 Air Force Officers` Mess. We are located in Secunderabad, specifically in the Risalabazar area. The address is 500010. This is not a regular company but it is where we operate and live. Life here follows a very specific routine because it is the Indian Air Force. We manage the living quarters and the mess facilities for the officers. There is a lot of maintenance work to do every day. We have to make sure the grounds are kept clean and the kitchen is running on time. It is a large area and there are always people moving around. Secunderabad has a lot of military history and you can feel that when you walk around Risalabazar. The mess is a place where people gather after work, so we keep it tidy and ready. It isn't like a commercial hotel or a restaurant. Everything is done according to the rules of the service. We have a lot of staff who handle the different sections like the gardens and the building repairs. It is a quiet place for the most part, away from the main city noise of Hyderabad. We just focus on our daily tasks and making sure everything is in order for the residents. It’s a lot of responsibility to keep a place like this running smoothly without any hiccups in the schedule.
