Our office is located at Plot No-161 in the Defence Colony area of Sainikpuri, Secunderabad. It’s a very settled neighborhood, mostly full of retired officers and families, so it’s pretty quiet during the day. We aren't on a big airbase here; this is more of an administrative and residential-style outpost. We handle a lot of the logistical paperwork and coordination that people don't usually see. The office itself is quite plain, with heavy wooden desks and filing cabinets that have probably been there since the building opened. There’s a certain routine to everything we do. We start early, have our tea breaks at the same time, and make sure every form is filled out correctly. It isn't a place for flash or show. It’s about being reliable and getting the records sorted. The garden outside needs a bit of work, but we try to keep the place tidy. We get a lot of visitors coming in to check on their files or ask about various procedures. Everyone knows everyone in Sainikpuri, so there’s a lot of nodding to neighbors as we come and go. It’s a steady environment where the focus is on the details of the day-to-day operations. We don't use much fancy tech, just the stuff that works and keeps us organized. It’s a bit old-school, but that’s just how we like to run things in this part of Secunderabad.
