Out here in Annapurna Colony, things stay pretty steady for us. We operate from 5-1-131/3 in Hyderabad. Catering for offshore sites is quite a bit different than running a regular restaurant. We have to think about supplies and shipping things out to where people are working far away. Our office in Andhra Pradesh is where we handle all the logistics. It is a lot of phone calls and checking lists to make sure nothing gets left behind. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the main city center. We spend a lot of time looking at menus and dealing with vendors. Food safety is obviously on our minds all the time because you can't have problems when you're miles away from a city. The staff here knows the routine well. We have some people who have been with us for years. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of hard work and making sure the food is ready when it needs to be. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, especially when we have several big orders going out at once. We just grab a tea, sit down, and work through it. It is just a normal daily life for us here in Hyderabad, making sure people get fed properly while they are out working on their shifts. We just try to get everything right.
