In Indaian As Commi Iii

We are located at H.No; 8-10-106 in Girmajiper, near the Postbox 01 area in Garangal. The name on the door says In Indaian As Commi Iii, which is a bit of a mouthful for some. Most folks around here just know where we are. We work in the kitchen mostly. It gets pretty busy around lunch and dinner time. We started out small and we've stayed pretty much the same size since then. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the stove works fine and that's what matters for what we do. It’s a lot of chopping vegetables and making sure the spices are right. My cousin helps out sometimes when it gets really crowded. We don't really do the whole social media thing or put up big signs. People find us because they live nearby or someone told them about the food. Garangal is a quiet enough place most days, but our corner stays active. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the shift. It's hard work, standing on your feet all day, but it’s what we know. We don't have any fancy awards on the wall, just some old calendars and a clock that’s five minutes fast. That’s just the way we like it. It feels like home to us and we hope it feels okay to the people who stop by. We just try to get the orders right.
