We've been over here at S.V.Sai Krishna Nilayam for a while now. If you are looking for our office, it is Flat G1, right there beside the masjid in Nageshwar Rao Colony. Kothapet is a busy area, but we've settled in okay. Most days, we are just keeping up with the property management stuff that comes through the door. It's not a fancy place, just a regular office where we handle the daily work for Il&Fs Property Management Services Ltd. Being in Hyderabad, things get pretty hectic sometimes with the traffic and all that, but we manage to stay on top of things. People sometimes struggle to find us since the colony has a lot of small lanes, but once you see the masjid, you know you're close. We don't have a big team or anything, just enough folks to keep the gears turning and make sure the properties are looked after like they should be. The weather gets hot in this part of town, so we keep the fans going and try to stay productive. It’s mostly just us dealing with paperwork, talking to tenants, and sorting out maintenance issues as they pop up. Nothing too glamorous about it, really. We just show up every morning, drink our tea, and get to work. If you end up in this part of Kothapet, you'll see our sign. We've been in this building for some time and it feels like home now.
