Our office for Ihhr is located at Plot No 8 in RTC Colony. It’s in the Trimulgherry part of Secunderabad, 500015. We've been here for a while now, and we've gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a fairly straightforward place. We handle various tasks throughout the day, mostly focusing on human resources and recruitment stuff. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to people on the phone. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a small area where we sit and eat our lunch. RTC Colony is a nice enough place to work. It’s not too far from the main roads, but it’s far enough that we don't get all the heavy noise from the traffic. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We just want to get the work done and go home to our families. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have a lot of people to interview for different roles. We just take it as it comes. Everyone here knows what they need to do. We don't need big meetings to figure things out. We just talk across the room while we work. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it works for us. We're just a small team in Secunderabad trying to do a good job every day. It's what keeps us going through the week.
