You will find our office in Kolkata at 7C, Moulana Mohammed Ali Road. It is an old part of the city and the building has a lot of character. We work in the hospitality sector, but this office is where the planning and the management happen. The West Bengal weather can be quite humid, so we are always thankful for the fans in the office. We spend our time looking at schedules and making sure the services we provide are actually happening. It is a lot of coordination between different teams. The street outside is usually full of life, with people selling things and cars honking. We have been here for a while and the office feels like a second home to most of us. We do not have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, check the messages, and start the day’s tasks. There is always a lot of tea being shared while we discuss what needs to be done. It is not a flashy place, but it is where the real work gets finished. Sometimes the rain in Kolkata makes it hard to get around, but we still manage to keep things moving. We just focus on the hospitality side of things and try to keep everything organized and running on time. It is a lot of work, but we like the pace.
