Idbi Fortis

Our office is located at Plot Number 208, in Block 4 of the Phase 2 section of Prajay Nivas. This is in Mohan Nagar, over in the Kothapet area of Hyderabad. It is a residential and commercial mix, so there is a lot of activity throughout the day. We are on one of the upper floors, which gives us a decent view of the rooftops in the neighborhood. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some partitions set up to give everyone a little bit of their own space, but you can still hear everything that is going on. There are always some folders and pens scattered around the desks. We spend a lot of time talking to people who come in to discuss their plans or ask about their paperwork. It is not the kind of place that looks like a movie set. It looks like a real office where people actually work. We have a small corner for the water dispenser and a few chairs for visitors to sit on while they wait. The parking downstairs can be a bit of a struggle if you arrive late in the morning. Most of us bring our lunch from home and eat together at one of the larger tables. It is a straightforward place to work, and we focus more on getting the details right than on having a fancy interior. We have been in this building for a while and know the security guards and the other shop owners nearby quite well.
