We are located at Number 56 in Sarada Nagar Colony. It’s in the Karwan area of Hyderabad, near the Kulsumpura Post. If you know this part of the city, you know it’s got a lot of history and old buildings. Our work with Icici keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. The office isn't one of those massive glass towers you see in the newer parts of town like Gachibowli. It’s a more modest setup here in the colony. We get people from the neighborhood coming in for all sorts of things. Sometimes they want to talk about their accounts or they have questions about a loan. It’s very much a local feel. The streets outside can be a bit narrow, and there’s always the sound of scooters and vendors passing by. We have a small team here. We sit at our desks, handle the paperwork, and try to keep things moving. There’s always a bit of a rush around the beginning of the month when everyone has errands to run. My desk is usually a bit messy with forms and pens, but I know where everything is. We’ve been in Sarada Nagar for a while now, so we know many of the faces that walk through the door. It’s not just about the banking; it’s about being part of the Karwan community. We just do our work and go home when the shutters come down in the evening.
