We are located over at Green Fields in Kanajiguda, right there in the Tirimulgiri part of Secunderabad. It is a bit of a residential spot, tucked into Plot No. 83. The office is actually part of the building belonging to D. Malakondiah. People walk in all day asking about their accounts or trying to sort out some paperwork that didn't go through the first time. It gets quite busy on Monday mornings when everyone realizes they forgot to deposit a check over the weekend. We spend a lot of time sitting at the desks handling these things. The fans hum in the background while we type away at the computers. Sometimes the internet slows down and we have to tell people to wait a few minutes, which isn't great, but that's just how it goes here. It’s not a huge fancy building like the ones you see in the city center, but it works for the folks living nearby. Most of the people who come in are neighbors from the local colony. We know a lot of them by name now since they’ve been coming here for years. We handle the cash, check the signatures, and make sure the files are kept in order in the back room. There is always a stack of forms on the counter that needs filling out. It stays pretty quiet in the afternoons when the sun is hot outside. We just sit there and get the work done.
