This office is located at 8-3-228/1280/163/B in Jawahar Nagar, Yousufguda. A lot of people get confused because they expect the giant convention center halls, but this is a smaller administrative spot in the middle of a busy Hyderabad neighborhood. Yousufguda is very crowded and the streets are narrow, so finding this specific house number can be a bit of a challenge for delivery drivers. We spend our days managing schedules and dealing with all the small details that go into big events. The office is tucked away and doesn’t have a big sign out front. We have a couple of rooms filled with filing cabinets and stacks of paper. It’s not a fancy glass building. We have a ceiling fan that wobbles a bit and a small window that looks out onto the street. We hear the vegetable sellers and the bikes going past all morning. Most of us live nearby and walk to work. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing here. We just sit at our desks and get the work done. When someone calls asking for the big halls, we give them the directions to the main site. This is just where the quiet work happens behind the scenes. We have a small kettle for making tea and that’s about it for luxuries. It’s a practical, local office for a very large operation. We like it because it’s part of a real neighborhood. We usually head home once the sun goes down.
