Hrexecutive

We set up Hrexecutive here in Malkajgiri, Hyderabad, specifically at H.No-10-241/1 in Vasanthapuri Colony. It’s actually a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time except when the neighbors are out. We use a couple of rooms in the house to handle all the paperwork and phone calls that come with this kind of work. Mostly, we are just looking through resumes and trying to help people find jobs in different companies around the city. It started out small with just two of us sitting at a desk, and it hasn’t changed much since then. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular place with some computers and a lot of files stacked up. We spend a lot of our day on the phone talking to candidates and trying to figure out who would be a good fit for what. Sometimes the internet goes out or it gets really hot in the afternoons, but we just keep at it. People from the colony sometimes drop by to ask if we have any openings. We aren't a huge firm, just a local outfit trying to get things done. Hyderabad is a big city for jobs, so there is always someone looking for something. We just try to keep things simple and talk to people like they are regular human beings instead of just numbers on a page. It's just a small office in a house.
