We’ve been working out of Le Royal Meridien on Kaleefa Street here in Abu Dhabi for a while now. Dealing with hiring and managing staff in a big hotel environment means things get pretty busy. It is mostly about keeping up with the paperwork and making sure people have what they need to get their jobs done. Sometimes the lobby is loud, but our office stays tucked away. Being in the middle of the city helps since everything is close by. We handle a lot of different requests throughout the day. People come in and out looking for help with their contracts or just to ask how things work around here. It isn't always glamorous, but it keeps the place running. There are days when the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days where we finally catch up on the filing. We just try to stay organized and help the team when they run into issues. Living and working in Abu Dhabi has its own pace, and we’ve gotten used to the way things flow around Kaleefa Street. It’s a mix of different cultures and backgrounds every single day. We don’t really do anything fancy, just the basic stuff that keeps an office moving. If you walk through the hotel, you might see us heading to a meeting or grabbing a quick coffee. We're just a small group trying to keep the HR side of things sorted without too much fuss. It's a lot of mundane tasks, but they matter.
