House Keeping Supervisor

I run the housekeeping supervisor operations out of my place here at Lig B-205 in Dr. A.S.Rao Nagar. It's a residential area in ECIL, Hyderabad, so it's pretty calm most days. My work involves keeping track of staff and making sure the cleaning jobs at different sites are actually getting done right. I spend a lot of time on the phone or checking my notebook to see who is where. It’s not some big corporate office with a lobby. That’s just how it goes in this business. I've lived in Hyderabad for a long time and I know the local areas well. Keeping a building clean sounds easy but there is always something that needs fixing or scrubbing. We use basic supplies and just focus on doing a solid job every day.
