Houde Keeping Supervisor

We work out of H.No 7-2-221/8 in Ashok Colony. It’s a spot in Sanathnagar, Hyderabad, where we handle all the Houde Keeping Supervisor tasks. It is not a big fancy headquarters with a lot of signage. It's more of a home base where we organize the cleaning crews and check on our supplies for the week. We’ve got mops, buckets, and various bottles of floor cleaner lining the walls in the back. The street outside is usually full of parked cars and delivery bikes, so it’s a bit tight getting in and out of the gate. We spend a lot of our time on the phone coordinating where every staff member needs to be. It’s a lot of logistics to keep track of. Sometimes a person doesn't show up and we have to jump in and do the work ourselves. It keeps us on our toes. The office itself is a bit small and we’ve got charts taped to the walls to keep track of the daily schedules. It's not particularly pretty to look at, but it works perfectly for what we do. We drink a lot of tea to keep our energy levels up. Hyderabad weather can be tough when you’re moving around and working all day long. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a little bit chaotic when multiple jobs happen at the same time. We’ve been in Sanathnagar for a long time now. It is just a busy life.
