Hotel Golkonda, Hyderabad

Our place, Hotel Golkonda, is tucked into the Hiline Ansari Complex in Humayunnagar. We’re specifically in Flat 303A. Hyderabad is a busy city, and this area stays pretty active throughout the day. We aren't one of those massive glass buildings you see downtown. Instead, we operate out of this complex which makes it feel a bit more like a home or a small apartment setup. It’s practical for people who want to be in the 500028 zip code area without paying those huge prices at the big chains. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you have heavy bags, but we try to help out when we can. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Most of our guests are regulars who know the area well. It’s handy because there are shops and small places to eat right around the corner. We keep the rooms tidy and make sure the lights work. It’s just us running the show here, no big corporate office or anything like that. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. The walls are painted a simple off-white, and we have regular curtains. It's a straightforward spot to stay if you're in Hyderabad for work or just visiting friends nearby. We don't do much advertising; people just know we're here in the Ansari Complex. It stays busy enough for us to keep going every month. We just try to be helpful and keep things moving.
