Hotel Bassera

Hotel Bassera is over near Baniahir No. 10, right by the D.A.V. School. It is a bit of an older building, but it stays standing. We have been here in this part of Hyderabad for quite a long time. It is not a five-star place with gold curtains, just a simple spot for people to stay if they need a bed for the night. We have rooms that are basic but they do the job. The staff is mostly just a few local guys who have worked here forever. We know the neighborhood like the back of our hands. Since the school is nearby, it gets really crowded in the mornings and afternoons when the kids are coming and going. We mostly get travelers who are looking for something cheap and do not care about fancy lobbies. We try to keep things tidy, but it is an old house, so there is always something that needs fixing. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or a light bulb flickers, but we get to it when we can. We do not have a website or anything like that. People just show up or call the landline. It is a very straightforward way of doing things. We are not trying to compete with the big hotels downtown. We just provide a place to sleep and a bit of conversation if you are up for it. That is really all there is to it.
