Our place is called Hospitality And Hotel Administration and you can find us in Nagar, Sahibabad. It’s a bit of an older area but it works for what we do. We’re mostly focused on the administrative side of the hotel world. It’s not a fancy hotel itself, but rather an office where all the planning and paperwork happens. We have a lot of files and schedules to manage every single day. Sahibabad has its own character, and being in Nagar means we’re close to a lot of the local action. The building we’re in is pretty plain. We don’t have a big lobby or a concierge. It’s just desks, chairs, and people working. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with all the documents, but we know where everything is. We handle the behind-the-scenes stuff that makes things run smoothly elsewhere. Most of us have been in this industry for a long time, so we don’t need to be told how things work. We just get on with it. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, except when we’re approaching a busy season and the phones don't stop ringing. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated systems, just regular methods that have worked for us for years. If you need us, we’re usually here during normal business hours doing the boring but necessary work. We’ve been here for several years now and the landlord hasn’t raised the rent too much, so we’re staying put for the foreseeable future while we keep things moving along.
