Our office is at H. No. 1-8-135, in the Golnaka area of Alwal, Secunderabad. Since we are in a residential house, it doesn't feel like a typical office at all. It is much quieter than being in the middle of a commercial district. Alwal has a lot of trees and the air feels a bit better than in the center of Hyderabad. Holiday Designers is a small operation. We spend our days looking at different destinations and trying to piece together trips for people. The atmosphere is very relaxed here. We might have the cricket score on in the background while we work. Because it is a house, we have a little kitchen area where we make our own coffee and snacks. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have any big neon signs or a receptionist at a marble desk. If you come by, you just knock on the door and one of us will let you in. We know the neighbors and they know us. Sometimes the local kids are playing in the street outside. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. We find that being in a neighborhood like Golnaka keeps us grounded. We just want to do a good job with the itineraries and keep the paperwork in order without any unnecessary fuss. It’s a nice place to spend the day working on travel plans for families.
