We are based over at Plot No:50 in the Siva Anush Residency, right in Jyothi Colony near the AOC Center in Secunderabad. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s not as noisy as the main city. Our office is inside the residency, which gives it a more personal feel than a big glass tower. We handle ticketing and travel stuff. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting at our desks, answering emails and making sure the ticket numbers match up. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. We don’t have any fancy signs or big posters in the windows. It’s a very practical setup. We have our computers, our phones, and usually some files scattered about. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. If you ask us a question, we just give you a straight answer. Sometimes the work is repetitive, but it’s important to get the details right so nobody gets stuck at an airport. We like the quiet of Jyothi Colony. It helps us stay focused. We aren't a huge team, just a group of people who know how the ticketing business works. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar and a clock. It’s a simple operation, and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work without making a big fuss about things. It works for us.
