We are based on the first floor of Plot Number 66 in Balaji Colony. Working out of Karkhana is interesting because it is a busy spot in Secunderabad, but our colony stays a bit quieter. Most of our work is about the logistics of ticketing and managing ramp arrivals for flights. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication between different teams. You won't see us sitting still for very long during the day. Someone is always checking a list or staring at a screen to see if there is an update on a schedule. The office has that smell of paper and old electronics that you find in places that have been around for a bit. We have a few desks pushed together and filing cabinets that are mostly overflowing with records. It is not a very quiet office because of the printers going and people talking on their phones constantly. We take the work seriously, but we do not bother with suits or fancy clothes. It is much more important to be comfortable when you are sorting through complicated schedules all day. If there is a delay at the airport, things can get a bit hectic in here. We just manage the situation as it comes up and keep moving. Often we stay late to make sure everything is ready for the arrivals the next morning. It is a small group of us here and we just focus on getting the daily tasks finished.
