We run things out of our place at 2-1-390/F/7 on the Nallakunta-Hyderabad OU-Road. It is a busy spot, especially with the university traffic nearby. We focus on catering, which means we spend most of our time in the kitchen. There is always a lot of chopping, cooking, and packing going on. We handle different kinds of events, mostly local ones where people just want decent food for their guests. It’s not a fancy setup with a lot of decorations. We have our stoves, our pots, and our delivery van. The heat in the kitchen can be something else during the summer, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write nice things about us. We just cook the food and hope people like it enough to tell their friends. Every morning starts the same way with fresh ingredients coming in through the back door. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We are just a group of people who know how to manage a kitchen and get meals out on time. It is hard work and it gets messy, but it is what we do. We just keep going one day at a time, making sure the orders are ready when they need to be.
