Guest Relation Executive

We operate out of Flat No 203/A in Krishna Reddy Villa. This is in the Gagan Vihar area of Begumpet in Hyderabad. It’s an older residential villa, and our office is just one of the flats inside. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main roads of Hyderabad. We handle guest relations, which means a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. The room we work in has a view of some trees and the neighboring houses. It’s quite peaceful most of the time. We have a couple of computers and a landline that rings quite often. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, which is good because we tend to bring in dust from the street. There isn't a big staff here, just a few of us making sure everything is handled. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything. If someone comes to see us, they just ring the doorbell of the flat. We usually have some biscuits and tea around for when we take a break. The ceiling fan makes a clicking sound on the low setting, so we usually keep it on medium. Working in a villa feels different than a glass office building. It’s more relaxed in a way. We keep track of guest requests and make sure notes are passed to the right people. It’s a lot of small details to manage every day, but we stay on top of it.
