Green Lands

I work with Saran Kumar Rai over at the Green Lands office, which you can find right by the Katriya De Royal Hotel in Begumpet. Being in this part of Hyderabad means we are always in the middle of everything. It is a fast-paced area, but our spot is a bit more grounded. We have been operating from this Hyderabad052 pin code for a while now. Mostly, we deal with the daily tasks of managing the property and making sure things run without too many hiccups. It is not always easy, especially with the traffic around Begumpet being what it is. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or meeting people who come by the office. The building itself has some character, even if the elevators are a bit slow some mornings. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, just a few of us sitting at our desks making sure the paperwork is in order. My desk is usually covered in folders and coffee mugs. We try to be helpful when people walk in with questions about the hotel or the surrounding land. It is a local operation, and we know most of the people in the surrounding buildings by their first names. We focus on the practical side of things, like maintenance and basic coordination. There is always something that needs fixing or an email that needs an answer. We just take it one day at a time here because that is the only way to get it done.
