Grace Travels

Grace Travels is right in the middle of the action in Hyderabad. Our address is 5-1-713/1A, Koti, right near the ENT Hospital. If you know Koti, you know how busy and crowded it gets with all the shops and people. We’ve got this small office where we handle travel bookings and tickets. It’s a noisy area, but we like being where the people are. The office itself is pretty simple—just some counters, a few chairs for people to wait, and computers that are always running. We don't do any big advertising; most of our customers just walk in because they’re already in the area for the hospital or the markets. It’s a lot of work dealing with train schedules, flights, and bus routes all day. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when the shop is full of people asking questions at the same time. We don't have any corporate mission statements or anything like that. We just help people get their tickets so they can go where they need to go. It’s a very local, hands-on kind of business. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still here in the same spot, doing the same daily work. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done for the folks in Hyderabad. We open up early and stay until the last customer is sorted out for the day.
