This is our Goair Airlines Pvt Ltd office in the Hyderguda area of Hyderabad. You can find us at H.No:3-5-866, specifically in Flat No: G-4 of the Sai Swaroop Apartments. We aren't out at the airport, which some people find surprising, but this ground-floor flat works well for our administrative needs. We spend our days dealing with ticketing issues, customer queries, and all the various documents that come with running an airline branch. The office is pretty simple with just the basic stuff we need to get through the day. There are a few desks, some chairs for people who stop by, and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s not a polished corporate showroom. Sometimes it gets a little dusty because of the road outside, and the office can feel a bit small when we have a lot of paperwork to sort through. We are just a small team here, so we all know each other well. We don't have fancy uniforms in this office; we just dress like regular people. We try to help out the folks who come in with booking problems as best as we can, even if the systems are being difficult. Hyderguda is a central spot, so it is easy for people to reach us. We’ve been in the Sai Swaroop building for quite a while now. It is a straightforward, no-frills place where we just focus on doing our jobs every day.
