Genpact

We are tucked away in Hyderabad, specifically in the Toli Choki area. Our spot is on the second floor of a building in Owaisy Colony, Akber Pura. The address is 9-4-87/24/A. It’s not one of those massive office parks you might expect when you hear the name Genpact. This is just our local branch where a handful of us handle the daily workload. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but you get used to them after a week or two. We spend a lot of time on our computers. Toli Choki is a lively neighborhood, and there is always some good food nearby which makes lunch the best part of the day. The office is pretty functional. We don’t have fancy coffee machines or lounge areas. We just have our desks and our work. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on getting through the tasks. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain starts and the roads get messy. We’ve been here at this Akber Pura location for a while now. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We don’t really do much marketing or anything like that. We just handle the operations as they come in. It’s a steady pace and we like the people we work with in this small office. It is just a normal place for normal work.
