Genpact

The Genpact office here is at 9-1-34/30/43 in Bapu Nagar, over in the Langar House area of Hyderabad. It’s a busy part of town and our building is right in the middle of it. We have people coming in for different shifts all the time, so the place never really feels empty. It’s a lot of office work, mostly on computers and dealing with data or customer stuff. The building is pretty big, and it can be a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around. We have a cafeteria where everyone hangs out during breaks, which is usually the loudest part of the day. The area outside in Bapu Nagar is always moving, with cars and people everywhere. We’ve been operating here for a while and it’s become a bit of a landmark in this specific neighborhood. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters; it’s more of a place where real work gets done every day. We don't have much time for fluff. People show up, do their hours, and go home. We use a lot of headsets and the air conditioning is always on high because of all the computers running. It’s a steady environment. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things running smoothly for whatever projects we’re currently handling. Some people have been here since the start and others are new, but everyone just gets on with their business and keeps the office moving along. It stays noisy but we like the pace of it.
